Units: 1 international mile = exactly 1.609344 km (NIST SP 811 / NIST Revised Unit Conversion Factors). Conversions: 1 mph = exactly 1.609344 km/h; 1 km/h ≈ 0.621371192 mph; min/km = 60 / km/h; min/mile = min/km × 1.609344. Distances: 5 km, 10 km, half marathon 21.0975 km and marathon 42.195 km follow World Athletics standards. Precision: no intermediate rounding. Display: km/h to one decimal place, mph to two, and pace and times to the nearest second.
