Whatever you’re training for, your plan is built around your needs.

You get more than a training programme. You get a complete coaching service that explains the work, guides you, adapts to your needs and follows every session.

Sprint · Olympic · 70.3 · 140.6

Triathlon

Three sports, sessions that need to fit together, and decisions that take your whole week into account.

02
5K · 10K · 21K · 42K · Ultra

Running

Sessions with clear paces and intensities, progressing in a way that improves performance and reduces the risk of injury.

03
Road · Gran Fondo · TT

Cycling

Improve power and efficiency with precise power and heart-rate training zones and sessions that drive progress.

It is not about more.

You don’t need more time. You need the right decisions.

Your training should fit your life and change when your circumstances change, rather than leave you discouraged because you missed your weekend long run.

01

You have a specific race or goal, but no properly structured plan.

02

You train consistently, but you’re not improving.

03

Work, travel or other commitments change the time you have available.

04

You want to understand the purpose of every session.

Proof with context

There’s a story behind every performance.

Real athletes, official race times and the circumstances that shaped their training plans.

The process

Plan. Analyse. Adapt. Repeat.

Your training plan isn’t static. Every week, I look at what actually happened, assess it against your goal and decide what needs to change.

01

Assessment

Your goal, training history, available time and everyday life.

02

Planning

A weekly plan in TrainingPeaks, with clear instructions and a clear purpose for every session.

03

Analysis

I follow every session and analyse the data that really matters.

04

Adaptation

The plan changes when fatigue rises, your goals change or your availability shifts.

What changed: Thursday’s swim was missed because of fatigue, so Thursday became a recovery day. The session was adjusted to a lower intensity and moved to Friday. Recovery is part of progress, not a step backwards.

Triathlon and endurance sports coach.

I race the same distances, work with the same data and know how hard it is to balance ambitious goals with a busy life. My job is to help you make better decisions every week, not simply fill your calendar.

Athletes who were once in your position.

Preparing for a triathlon is a challenge in itself, but fitting it around family life and rotating shifts at an oil refinery can seem almost impossible. With George, I’ve finally been able to train consistently over time. He adjusts the volume and intensity so that the preparation is manageable without turning my daily life upside down. Thank you so much, George!

He is always consistent, communication is excellent, and he takes a real interest in my progress. The sessions are well structured and help me improve every day. There is understanding, teamwork and ongoing support, which makes the whole experience very positive.

I run a range of distances — 5, 10 and 21 km, with a 42 km marathon as my goal — and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my performance through our work together.

I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who wants to improve in endurance sports!

An excellent coach with real professionalism and knowledge. The plan he creates is fully tailored to my distances and needs, and most importantly, what we work on in training carries through to races. Since I started working with him, my progress has been enormous. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who wants meaningful improvement and the right guidance.

Spyros PapadopoulosGoogle · Local Guide · 97 reviews · 2026

Working with George has been excellent! His training guidance helped me quickly achieve my goal of improving my 5K time. I really did improve in a short period. The phone calls he makes himself for guidance, discussion and feedback are also very helpful!

Antonis DontsiosGoogle · 7 reviews · 2024

Very good training programmes, and he explains why you need to do them at the pace he gives you to get the best results. Personally, I saw a big difference within two months. He pays close attention to the person he coaches, with particular care to help them avoid injury.

Marios TheofanousGoogle · 6 reviews · 2023

As a coach, George is professional, very friendly, patient and supportive. He listens to what I want, understands my weaknesses and goals, and puts together my training programme accordingly. I thought I’d struggle to build the endurance to run for one hour without walking at all, but with his programme I can already see a big difference! I wholeheartedly recommend him and thank him! 🙏

Common questions

Your questions, answered.

Common questions about working together, the packages, TrainingPeaks and equipment.

Can I try coaching for one month?

No. Coaching is for athletes who start with the intention of staying for at least three months. That gives me time to get to know you as an athlete, understand how you respond to training and start seeing meaningful progress together. You’re billed monthly, with no three-month payment upfront.

Do I need TrainingPeaks Premium?

No. A free account is enough: you can view your plan, upload your sessions and receive my feedback.

Do I need to be an experienced athlete?

No. Your level is the starting point, not a requirement. You need a specific goal and a willingness to train consistently.

What happens if I miss a session or travel?

The plan adapts to your availability, not the other way round. Some sessions move; others are removed. We don’t try to make up missed volume.

What are your working days and hours?

Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00.

What do we discuss on the first call?

Where you are now, where you want to get to and how much time you really have. By the end, you’ll know whether we’re a good fit — with no obligation to buy.
