Short Bio

From four sports to triathlon.

I was born in Athens in 1988. I tried tennis, athletics, karate and football, but never stayed with any of them for long. Then I found cycling and eventually triathlon — the sport that made me love both training and coaching. I lived in Limassol, Cyprus, for almost six years and returned to Athens in 2025.

I race every triathlon distance, mainly middle and long distance. I also regularly take part in swimming, cycling and running races.

I share my race times to show that I know exactly what it feels like when three sessions in a week do not go to plan, when you get injured in the weeks before your target race, and when you reach the final third of a marathon after a 3.8 km swim and a 180 km bike ride.

How I coach

Four principles that stay the same.

01

Your plan should fit your life.

A plan that ignores your work, family, unexpected commitments and travel is the wrong plan. You will stop after a few months and think it is your fault. That is why I always start with the time you actually have available.

02

Training decisions matter more than volume.

Most athletes do not need more hours to improve. They need specific intensities on specific days and progressively increasing loads. And someone to decide when and how.

03

The plan changes when the data changes.

Each week, I review your sessions: whether they happened and whether you completed them as expected. If the data and your feedback show that you need adjustments or rest, your plan changes to meet your needs.

04

You understand why.

Athletes who understand the purpose of a session execute it better and stay consistent with their training. That is why each session comes with an explanation and instructions, as well as the numbers.

Verified credentials

Qualifications and education.

In online endurance coaching, data analysis is a core part of the job: understanding what the numbers tell you and, above all, what they do not.
